Alexander "Lex" Kappos

HOLDEN - Alexander "Lex" Kappos, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather, passed away on April 23, 2024, surrounded by his family. Lex's life was marked by his love for adventure, particularly his passions for motorcycles, skiing, Cape Cod beaches, and golf, as well as his unwavering commitment to his family.

Lex shared a deep bond with his beloved wife of 40 years, Alexandra (Alex Efstathiou). Together, they created a life full of laughter and memories. They were proud parents of their children, James and his wife Sara, and his daughter Elizabeth Makos and her husband Dimitrios. He took great pride in his children’s achievements. Lex was honored to be a Papou to Evan, Gabriella, and Kalli and cherished watching his family grow.

Lex will be remembered for his warm smile, witty rhetoric, and kind heart. He touched the lives of all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will endure.

The family invites all friends and family to pay their respects during calling hours on Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 am at Saint Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell St., Worcester.
