S Dolores A. (Leonard) Gould

HOLDEN – Dolores A. (Leonard) Gould, 77, of Nelson Street, died Thursday, June 4, 2009 in the Autumn Village Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, Worcester.

She leaves her husband of 57 years, Edmond M. Gould and many nephews and nieces. Three brothers, Chester, Richard and Paul Leonard and two sisters, Helen and Pauline Jacobs, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Chester P. and Mary H. (Labelle) Leonard, and lived in Holden most of her life. Dolores worked for Atlas News, Wright Line and Ziff Paper Company. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10th, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A memorial service for Dolores will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 11th, in the funeral home with burial following in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friends of the Holden Council on Aging, 1130 Main Street, Holden, MA 01520.
