WORCESTER - Agron "Goni" Dervishi, 57, a beloved husband and father, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 4, 2024.
Agron was born in Lushnjë, Central Albania, on September 20, 1967, to Asllan and Zenepe Dervishi. He immigrated to the United States in 2019, settling in Worcester with his family. Agron was known as a dedicated worker, employed at a TJ Maxx warehouse alongside his wife Klarita, working tirelessly to provide a peaceful life for his family.
He had a passion for chess, often playing with friends and family. Remembered for his kindness, positivity, and love, Agron made a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Agron is survived by his loving wife, Klarita Dervishi, and son Jurgen Dervishi and his wife Tea Dervishi, all of Worcester. He also leaves behind his sister Fatime Meço of Lushnjë, sister Fatbardha Dervishi of Lushnjë, three brothers Arben Dervishi, Besnik Dervishi, Sokol Dervishi in Greece, and sister Blerta Korreshi of Worcester.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street in Holden, MA. A burial service will follow the visitation at Notre Dame Cemetery, 162 Webster Street in Worcester.
