HOLDEN/STERLING – Adam Davies Roesch, 36, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 31, 2018. Born September 10, 1981 in Stillwater, MN, he was the middle son of Elizabeth A. (Grissom) Roesch and Douglas B. Roesch and attended Wachusett Regional High School.Adam went on to further his education by completing a four-year apprenticeship at the Castle Restaurant and becoming a Certified culinarian. In his spare time, Adam read a lot, loved music, and enjoyed fishing. His friends will always remember his laugh, smile, and wit.The family is heartbroken by the loss. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth A. (Grissom) Roesch of Sterling; his father, Douglas B. Roesch of Spencer; his two brothers, Benjamin W. Roesch and his wife, Adrienne and Matthew G. Roesch and his wife, Erica; a niece; a nephew; and aunts, Susan Grissom and her husband, Frank Foster, Abigail and her husband, James Polek, and Martha and her husband, William Lewis. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee R. and Wynetta Grissom, Constance and her husband, William Treadway, and Charles Roesch.Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Adam’s family from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, September 8th, at the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
