RUTLAND – Philip M. Hall, 95, of Main Street, formerly of Spencer, died suddenly on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in St. Vincent Hospital.

His wife of 59 years, Opal (Williams) Hall, died in 2001. He leaves a son, Errol P. Hall of Auburn; three daughters, Louise E. Hall of Holden, Yvonne A. Dwoske of Attleboro and Phyllis O. D'Auteuil of Rutland; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was born in Hodgdon, Maine the son of Morton and Etta (McIntosh) Hall and lived in Spencer for 40 years before moving to Rutland in 2002. Mr. Hall worked as a glazier for many years in the Worcester area. He was an avid bowler.

Relatives and friends are invited to a calling hour at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 18th, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
