Frederick W. Paul

HOLDEN – Frederick W. Paul, 82, of 124 Nola Dr., passed away peacefully Monday, August 30, 2004, in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center.

He leaves his wife of 56 years, Marjorie M. (Racine) Paul; a daughter, Linda D. Marshall, and two granddaughters, Lauri Anne and Kimberly all of West Boylston; two sisters, Edith McCracken and Shirley Graham both of Westwood; several nieces and nephews. He was born in Newton, the son of David and Evelyn (Clapp) Paul.

Mr. Paul served in the United States Coast Guard during World War II. He worked as an electrical engineer at Crompton and Knowles and Warner Swasey, both in Worcester.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 10, at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Augustinian Volunteers, c/o The Rev. Joseph S. Mostardi, 259 N. Lawrence Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden, is directing arrangements.
