Jason Anthony Warlikowski

May 14, 1974 — January 21, 2022

LEOMINSTER - Jason Anthony Warlikowski died on January 21, 2022. Jason was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on May 14, 1974. Jason graduated Magma Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Science.

In his professional life, Jason worked for many cutting-edge, high-tech companies and in his personal time, Jason loved coding, computer design, computer games and indi-games, in particular. He was fascinated by the way games were designed and the process developers went through in creating entertainment for everyone. He was constantly toying with game ideas and designs. He also continued to learn and study as a computer linguist and programmer.

Jason was a musician who played the guitar and most recently took piano and voice lessons. He was a talented musician who enjoyed playing but not in front of others. Those who were fortunate enough to hear him will never forget the joy he shared. Although Jay did not like preforming, he loved to go to shows. He would travel to Boston, New York City and beyond to watch concerts and comedy shows.
Jason had a wonderful sense of humor and was a quiet observer of life and very little escaped his notice. He cared deeply about what mattered most to him, and dedicated his time and his energy to that which he found significant.

Jason was predeceased by his mother Carolyn Taylor. Jason is survived by his life-partner, Catherine Jenkins of Leominster; his father, Anthony Warlikowski and his wife, Jane of Florida; his sister, Jackie Warlikowski and her children, Caleb, Zachariah, and Gabriel of Crossville, TN; and extended family including his Great Aunt Joyce Adamshick and Aunt Catherine Romano of New Jersey. He is also survived by Catherine’s extended family including her mother, Cindy Jenkins; her brother, Chris Jenkins and his wife, Nekr; her sister, Mary Fleming and her husband, Seth; and nieces and nephews including Croix, Cedar, Lars, Rose and Ryan.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, February 4 in the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home & Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. A Funeral Service honoring his life will follow at 12 noon in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Jason loved his pets. His two cats were his constant companions and comfort. In lieu of flowers we request that donations be sent to Pat Brody Shelter for Cats, PO Box 142, Lunenburg MA, 01462.
