STERLING – Judith E. (Listowich) Peasha, 61, of 62 Taft Road, died on Monday, April 4, 2005, in UMass Memorial Hospital, Worcester, following complications from surgery.
She leaves her husband of 40 years, Gerald J. Peasha; two sons, Gerald J. Peasha, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Sterling and Kenneth M. Peasha and his wife Shelly of Fitchburg; two daughters, Tambralynn Kreitzman and her husband Daniel of Las Vegas and Cynthia Lea and her longtime companion Al Dudley of Sterling; a brother, Joseph W. Listowich, Jr. of Sterling; seven grandchildren; a niece and a nephew. She was born in Holden, daughter of Joseph W. and Eleanor A. (Bentley) Listowich, and was a lifelong resident of Sterling.
Mrs. Peasha was a designer for 15 years at Plantasia Florist in Bolton. She also was co-owner of Listowich Realty Trust and co-owner of WyndHaven Farm in Sterling. She was a member of St. Richard of Chichester Church, the Sterling 4H Club, Sterling Fair Committee, and she enjoyed gardening.
The funeral for Mrs. Peasha will be held on Friday, April 8, from the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road (Rte. 12), Sterling, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Richard of Chichester Church, 4 Bridge Street, Sterling. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Clinton Road (Rte. 62), Sterling. Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, in the funeral home.
