WORCESTER - Isaac Smith, 100, of Worcester, died on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the Christopher House.
His wife of 58 years, Dora (Goldstein) Smith died in 2000. He leaves a son, Neil Smith and his wife, Jennifer of Worcester; two daughters, Gail Smith of Worcester and Beverly, wife of Stuart Dickens of Kingston, RI; five grandchildren, Alisa, wife of Guy Boisclair, Michelle Dickens, Jared Smith and his wife, Jessica, Joffrey Smith and Shauna Smith; three great-grandchildren, Ashley Graham, Devan Smith and Avery Smith; and a great great-grandson, Justus Hall.
For many years he worked as a designer of shoes for Marlboro Footwear Company in Marlborough. In recent years he was a buyer at Goldstein Scrap Metal in Worcester. He was a longtime member of Temple Emanuel Sinai.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 2 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, AT TEMPLE EMANUEL SINAI, 280 MAY STREET, WORCESTER, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN OF MILES FUNERAL HOME, 1158 MAIN STREET, HOLDEN. Burial will follow in Worcester Hebrew Cemetery, Auburn.
Memorial Observance will be held through 6 p.m. on Friday, August 1, at the residence of Gail Smith, 884 Pleasant Street, Worcester.
